Mission Statement

The mission of the North English Public Library is to provide life-long learning and recreational oppurtunities to the residents of North English and surrounding communities. The library shall provide access to a variety of print and non-print materials as well as a variety of services. The librrary shall serve as an information and resource center for patrons of all ages with varied needs and intersts.
